This week marked the launch of the third cohort of the "Advanced Training for Managing Directors of OCP Subsidiaries" executive certificate program, a comprehensive leadership development pathway designed specifically for Managing Directors of OCP Group subsidiaries. The opening session took place on December 16-17, 2025, featuring Module 1: "The Role of Managing Directors in Governance," facilitated by Abdelaziz Talbi, Managing Partner at Talbi Audit & Conseil and former Director of Public Enterprises and Privatization at Morocco's Ministry of Economy and Finance. The two-day intensive module focused on strengthening participants' understanding of governance frameworks, board dynamics, and the strategic responsibilities of managing directors in today's complex business environment. Utilizing practical case studies, interactive discussions, and real-world governance challenges, the session examined the essential components of effective corporate governance, explored best practices in board-management relationships, and investigated approaches to enhance decision-making processes at the executive level.
