EXECUTIVE CERTIFICATE « CORPORATE GOVERNANCE » – Board Practices and Emerging Governance Challenges & Value Creation and Risk Management & Financial Data Interpretation and Digital Transformation
This week, 64 executives and board members from the public and private sectors gathered at the Mohammed VI Polytechnic University Rabat campus as part of the Executive Certificate in Corporate Governance. Bringing together three cohorts around three complementary modules, the sessions shared a common purpose: strengthening excellence in governance. Promotion 13 launched its journey on December 8–9 with Nathalie Kestener, governance expert and board member, who led an engaging session on board practices and emerging governance challenges, while Promotion 1 – Network Track explored value creation and risk management on December 9–10 with Yves Dumont, independent director and published author. At the same time, Promotion 12, initiated in October, continued its progression with an intensive module on financial data interpretation and digital transformation delivered by Gilles de Courcel, CEO and financial expert, and Emmanuel Fraysse, Managing Partner, author, and digital transformation specialist. Altogether, these sessions not only deepened participants’ expertise but also reinforced a dynamic professional network where leaders from diverse sectors exchange insights and collectively contribute to more effective governance.
